Testing Schedule & Information
Some services can be billed to your medical card.
- Clinical Services
- Call (815) 802-9300 to make an appointment. TB/Mantoux test are $10.00 for one step and $15.00 for two step. Immunizations vary between $10.00 and $165.00 depending on the type. Lead testing is $30.00 for children. Lead screening for adults is not available.
- HIV Testing
- Testing is done anonymously or confidentially. Appointments are recommended. Please call (815) 802-9430 to schedule an appointment. Testing is provided at no charge.
- STD Testing
- There is a walk-in Sexually Transmitted Disease clinic Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 2:00-4:00 pm. No appointment is needed. There is a $10.00 charge for services. Testing includes Syphillis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and HIV. All testing is done in strict confidentiality. CDC recommendations are utilized for treatment of the diseases if diagnosed.
- Breast and Cervical Cancer
- If you are a female between the ages of 40-64 the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program may be able to cover the cost of your physician visit and mammogram.
- If you are a female between the ages of 35-64 the Breast and Cervical Program may be able to cover the cost of your pap test and the physician visit.
