Sexually Transmitted Disease (Social Disease) Testing

A Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic is held on Mondays (excluding major holidays) and Wednesdays from 2:00-4:00 pm. Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Your visit is confidential. There is a $10.00 fee for services which includes a blood test for syphilis and HIV testing. Testing for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are also done. Clients 13 years of age and older are eligible for services. Men should not urinate for one hour prior to clinic. Women should not be on their period. The $10.00 fee for services includes treatment for Syphillis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia, if diagnosed. It also covers immunization for Hepatitis A & B, if needed. If an MD consultation is needed an appointment will be scheduled.

This clinic is only for the purpose of diagnosing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. If proof or validation that you are disease free is needed for insurance purposes, or if you have been raped you will need to seek medical assistance from your personal medical provider. Rape victims should be seen at the Emergency Department or call KC-CASA for guidance at 815-932-3322.
