Adolescent Wellness Visit Clinic

The Kankakee County Health Department (KCHD) will be hosting an Adolescent Wellness Visit Clinic on Saturday, April 15th, 2023, for Kankakee County adolescents (ages 11-21). This will be a comprehensive appointment to complete your adolescent's school physical, immunizations, point-of-care testing, and/or additional screenings.
An appointment is required, NO walk-ins. The number of available appointments are limited but other clinic opportunities will be available in the Spring of 2023, dates to be determined.
