Adolescent Wellness Visit Clinic
Do you know any adolescents between the ages of 11-21 who need a physical for school or a sport? The Kankakee County Health Department is hosting an Adolescent Wellness Visit Clinic on Saturday, October 1st, 2022, for Kankakee County adolescents (ages 11-21). This will be a comprehensive appointment to complete your adolescent’s school physical, immunizations, point-of-care testing, and/or additional screenings.
