Change of Ownership
If you are looking to take over ownership and/or control of an existing business please fill out our Change of Ownership Form (below). You would also need to submit a new license application for the establishment with the new updated information and pay the appropriate fee (see fee schedule for risk based fee).
What constitutes an ownership change:
- Corporation name change only - No
- New Partner - Yes
- New Owner - Yes
- Change in Type of ownership - Yes
